"to train, compete or coach in a handgun shooting discipline that is on the programme of the International Olympic Committee or the International Paralympic Committee, and the individual provides a letter to a chief firearms officer from a provincial or national sport shooting governing body indicating:that the individual trains, competes or coaches in such a discipline,the specific discipline in which the individual trains, competes or coaches, and that the handgun that the individual seeks to acquire is necessary for training, competing or coaching in that specific discipline.
"We only have to do training, practice or coaching. It does not have to be a HG that is used for the Olympics as in 22lr says the Chief CFO at the gun show.
You need a letter from the shooting org and your CFO to approve it. Then it's up to Ottawa to issue the reg cert.

I'll send a bill of sale - deposit and initiate transfer with the CFP. Then I'll get the reference number and forward it to you. You will then have to call the CFP to complete the transfer and then the CFP will send out a transfer notice authorizing the transfer. We can do a video call so you can verify the handgun and I can match you to your RPAL. A shipping label with Canada Post will be created.
